After placing the order, you will receive language training to be eligible to come to Japan. You may come across some other names of dispatching companies such as dispatching units, dispatching centers or dispatching enterprises.

The role of the sending company:

- Organizing recruitment programs for laborers to work abroad in localities

- Receiving applications, selecting qualified candidates to participate in the order: health conditions, age, education, gender... For each different order, the admission criteria will also be different, please take note.

- For some special orders, the dispatching unit will directly organize the order interview (directly or via Skype)

- Japanese language training for candidates who have passed orders. Along with foreign language training, the dispatching center will foster knowledge about Japanese culture, working style and typical cultural features. 

- Manage trainees during their working time in Japan. At the sending companies, they have a department specializing in receiving information and communicating regularly with the intern's family. 2-way connection between trainees and their families. That way, you and your family can rest assured!

- Protecting the rights of Vietnamese workers: During the process of participating in labor export in Japan, if Vietnamese workers have any problems that directly affect their interests, the labor export company and the trade union will represent them. claim back your legitimate rights.

JAPANESE UNION WOMEN

Japan Trade Union is an organization under the management of the Ministry of Labor and Labor in Japan to protect workers. In Japan, every company or enterprise has a union. 

Role of Japan Trade Union:

According to regulations in Japan, if you want to work in companies and factories, you must go through a union. Unions are responsible for contacting units that are in need of recruitment to organize recruitment work.

- Manage and protect the interests of interns living and working in Japan. Each month, the union will send representatives to the companies and factories where the trainees are being managed by the union. The representative will consider the actual living and working conditions, listen and find a way to solve the problems of the intern in the most reasonable way.

- Send people to Vietnam to survey the market, look for reputable labor export companies as partners.

- Cooperate with Vietnamese dispatching companies to organize recruitment.
