I. Job Description
- Determine the type of materials, calculate the necessary volume to build the work, make the estimate and make the necessary related documents.
II. Request
- Graduated from university/college of construction, architecture.
- Japanese N3 and above.
III. Welfare regime
★ Working hours: office hours from Monday to Friday, closed on Saturday and Sunday.
★ Salary:
- Negotiable and attractive salary according to candidate's capacity.
- Pay overtime according to regulations.
- Annual salary increase and adjustment according to capacity.
★ Bonus:
- Monthly business bonus according to employee's performance in handling work.
- 13th month salary bonus (paid in December every year).
