Location: Dong Da District, Hanoi

I. Job Description

 - Designing air conditioning, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection according to Japanese standards.

 - Build 3D models from 2D drawings using specialized software of Japan.   

II. Request

- Graduated from university/college of construction, architecture.

 - Japanese N3 and above.

 - Expertise in water supply and drainage, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire prevention or related work experience.                 

III. Welfare regime

★ Working hours: office hours from Monday to Friday, closed on Saturday and Sunday.

★ Salary:

- Negotiable and attractive salary according to candidate's capacity.           

- Pay overtime according to regulations.

- Annual salary increase and adjustment according to capacity.

★ Bonus:

- Monthly business bonus according to employee's performance in handling work.

- 13th month salary bonus (paid in December every year).

- Special bonus according to the company's business results (paid in January every year).
