Location: Processing structural design drawings

Quantity: 03

Location: Dong Da District, Hanoi

I. Job Description

- Building structural models, deploying drawings for Japanese civil works using Revit . software

 - Perform model checking to link with other subjects such as Architecture, equipment, estimation, ...

II. Recruitment requirements

 - Graduated from university/college of construction, architecture.

 Meet one of the following two requirements:

 - Japanese N3 and above.

 Or

 - Good use of Autocad and Revit Structure.   

III. Welfare regime

★ Working hours: office hours from Monday to Friday, closed on Saturday and Sunday.

★ Salary:

- Negotiable and attractive salary according to candidate's capacity.           

- Pay overtime according to regulations.

- Annual salary increase and adjustment according to capacity.

★ Bonus:

- Monthly business bonus according to employee's performance in handling work.

- 13th month salary bonus (paid in December every year).

- Special bonus according to the company's business results (paid in January every year).
