 I. Order information

• Scope of work: Car maintenance, sheet metal painting, domestic buying and selling of used and new cars, selling life insurance products, non-life insurance products.

II. Regulations on working time

• Average working days per month: 21.6 days (172.8 hours)
• Working time: 10:00 - 19:00 (Actual working time 8 hours)  
• Break time: 120 minutes (12:00 - 13:00, 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the afternoon)
• Overtime: Yes (Depending on time of year)
• Number of days off in a year: 105 days (Working mode varies in 1 year)
• Day off: Every Wednesday, 2 days off/week due to shift work.
• Other (Golden week holiday, summer vacation, year-end holiday).

III. Right

• Monthly salary : 21 man yen ~ (Including 30 hours of fixed overtime) - Over 30 hours, additional salary will be charged.
• Commission: From the 2nd year onwards, there is a commission on total sales and number of cars (evaluated based on skills and capacity).
• Salary increase: (Based on previous year's actual results) Yes (Increase from 0~5000 yen per month) Evaluation based on ability, skills, working attitude on a daily basis.
• Other allowances: Travel allowance (Maximum 5 man yen)
• Shift mode to work in shifts.
• Paid leave: 10 days (Granted after 6 months).
• Salary calculation deadline: Last day of the month
• Pay Date: 25th of every month
• Insurance: Employment insurance, occupational accident insurance, health insurance, welfare insurance (nenkin)
