Location: Processing architectural design drawings

Working time: Office hours from Mon - Fri, off from Sat, Sun

Probation period: 02 months

Address : Dong Da District, Hanoi

I. Job Description

• Create an Architectural BIM model with Revit software according to Japanese BIM standards.
• Link structural model, collision confirmation device, report and handle collision according to directives.
• Create a set of basic drawings, a set of drawings for permission, a set of construction drawings, a set of as-built drawings.

II. Recruitment requirements

• Qualification: University/College
• Specialization: Construction, Architecture
• Expertise: Know how to use Revit Architecture
• Age: 22 - 30 years old
• Japanese language ability: Knowing Japanese is an advantage
• Work experience: Not required

1. Salary:

- Negotiable, attractive salary according to candidate's capacity (From 9-15 million)

- Pay overtime according to regulations.

- Annual salary increase and adjustment according to capacity.

- Monthly business bonus according to employee's performance in handling work.

- Special bonus according to the company's business results (paid in January every year).
