Tokutei orders – Car maintenance

I. Order information

Scope of work: Vehicle inspection and maintenance (work related to vehicle support, maintenance, inspection and inspection), metal sheet painting.

II. Regulations on working time

Working time: 8:30 - 17:15 (actual working time 7 hours 45 minutes)  

* Working hours mode will change in 1 year

Break time: 60 minutes Overtime: Yes (Depending on time of year)

Overtime: Yes (Depending on time and work situation)

Number of days off in the year: 97 days (This year is 100 days from April 2021 - March 2022)

Day off: Every Wednesday, other regimes (New Year holiday, summer vacation)

Paid leave: 10 days (enjoyed after 6 months of work)

III. Right

Monthly salary: 19 man yen ~ (Including 30 hours of fixed overtime), over 30 hours, additional salary will be charged.

Pay Date: 25th of every month

Bonus (Depending on actual results): 2 times/year.      

Bonus (Based on the actual results of the previous year). About 3 months/year. *Depending on business results"

Salary increase: Yes (Based on previous year's actual results)

Other allowances:             

Housing allowance: Support half the rent

(The company's available housing: in case of using the company's house, electricity, water, and wifi will be paid according to actual costs)

Degree Support: 5000yen (if N3 Maintenance is available)

Insurance: Employment insurance, occupational accident insurance, health insurance, welfare insurance (nenkin)
