The labor export market has never been hot for Vietnamese people, because of their high income and promising future after returning home. Currently, many countries have bustlingly opened their doors to foreign workers. So in this 2022, which countries pay the highest wages for workers? Let's find out together!

1. Going to Japan

There is no doubt that Japan is the choice of many Vietnamese when they go to work abroad. Japan has many attractive incentives for Vietnamese people. The most remarkable thing is that the salary for employees is relatively high, which is the dream number of many people.

According to the Labor Law in Japan, employees will be paid a salary equivalent to the basic salary of each region, absolutely not lower.

According to recorded statistics, the salary of Vietnamese workers when exporting labor will fluctuate:

- Basic salary: from 125,000 - 190,000 yen/month (approximately 26 - 41 million VND/month)

- Food allowance: from 85,000 - 150,000 yen/month (equivalent to 19 - 31 million VND/month)

In addition, the employee will be refunded a part of the pension, or the insurance money depending on how it is called (in Japan, it is called Nenkin money). Normally, this amount will range from 60-70 million VND. The number of differences between workers depends on how long you have paid the insurance and how much income you have while in Japan.

2. Going to Korea

In Korea, workers are paid a fairly high salary compared to the common level of many other recruiting countries. You can refer to the income of Vietnamese workers in Korea:

- Basic salary: 1,200,000 won - 1,600,000 won/month (approximately 23 - 30 million VND/month)

- Food received: approximately 15-20 million VND/month)

In addition, if you can apply for overtime, your salary can be up to 66% of the base salary. On public holidays, the salary received is increased by 2 to 3 times compared to normal days.

Not to mention, many Vietnamese workers get regular salary increases at Korean companies, enterprises and factories. The salary increase period is calculated based on each person's skills and working time.

3. Go to Singapore

Singapore is one of the most developed countries in Asia. On average, a Singaporean has an average income 22 times higher than that of Vietnamese. So if you want a high salary, going to Singapore is definitely not a bad choice.

But to go to Singapore is very difficult. You must have a high school diploma or higher. In addition, you must be fluent in English or Chinese. If you are lucky enough to be admitted, you will receive a dream income.

Depending on the capacity, the income of workers going to Singapore will range from 1,200 SGD - 2,500 SGD / month (approximately 20 million to 40 million VND).

4. Going to Taiwan

Compared to Japan, Korea or Singapore, the salary in Taiwan will be much lower. However, going to Taiwan requires not too high requirements, easy to be recruited, so Taiwanese orders are chosen by many Vietnamese people.

Currently, the salary of Vietnamese workers in Taiwan ranges from NT$21,000 to NT$24,000 per month (approximately VND16 million to VND19 million/month). After deducting insurance and expenses, you can save up to 10 million VND per month.
