Step 3: Training before the entrance exam
This is an extremely important step for candidates who want to participate in the Japanese labor export program. The pre-qualification training course usually lasts from 5-15 days, the workers will be trained in Japanese and carefully study for the interview with Japanese employers.
Typically, the pre-exam training course will cover the following topics:

- Introducing Japanese culture and working style
- Interview and recruitment experience
Step 4: Admission test
Candidates for face-to-face interviews or online interviews with employers
After finishing the short-term training course before the recruitment exam, the time for the recruitment exam will come. The exam will take place in one of the following two formats:
+ Direct interview: Japanese recruiters will go directly to Vietnam to recruit workers
+ Online interview: Japanese recruiters can interview over the Internet with applications such as skype, zalo, line, etc.
Step 5: Intensive training
If you pass the labor order, you will participate in an intensive training course lasting 6-8 months. This training course will have the content of advanced training in Japanese language skills, skills to ensure that they can meet the requirements of Japanese businesses after exiting the country.
The intensive training course can take place in the form of direct study at the training center of the Japanese labor export recruitment unit.
However, in recent years due to the stressful epidemic, the intensive training course can be switched to online learning to ensure the safety of students as well as teaching staff.
Step 6: Apply for a Visa/Japanese visa
Visas and visas will be received by the receiving company in conjunction with the business sending TTS to work during the trainee's advanced training period.
Step 7: Book tickets and exit
After finishing the intensive course, the company will book tickets for the employees and go to the labor exit schedule to go to Japan.
On schedule, workers will exit to Japan.
Step 8: Post-entry training
When entering Japan, workers will not work at recruitment companies but will be guided by trade unions and Japanese companies on how to adapt to the new environment, how to shop and spend appropriately. Learn how to become familiar with machines at work, safety equipment at work, etc.
Step 9. End the contract and return to Vietnam
When the labor contract expires, TTS goes directly to the sending company to carry out procedures for liquidation of the contract at the labor export enterprise to receive all costs.
