What are the height and weight requirements to work in Japan?

- Medical examination to work in Japan is one of the mandatory requirements for all candidates when applying for this program. In which height, weight is also one of the popular selection criteria that many Japanese partners are interested in.

Normally, the minimum height and weight criteria required by Japanese enterprises will be as follows:

+ Male height from 1m60, weight 50 kg or more.

+ Female from 1m50 tall, weighing 40 kg or more.

However, if your height and weight have not met the above standards, do not worry! In our experience, the issue of height and weight is only a relative factor, not a determining factor whether a Japanese company chooses you or not.
