Can I work in Japan if I have hepatitis B?

- Hepatitis B is in the group of diseases not allowed to work in Japan. This is a joint circular issued by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on medical examination and certification for people working in Japan.
